Firstly, weight the materials, then crush into samller size, then dry in the drying oven or pot, then can test the heating value in the calorimeter. After these procedure, then can ge the heat calory value of coal or raw materails. This index is very important data for clay brick manufacturers.

Only one calorimeter can not finish the coal or other material heat value test. First the material need to be weight by the electrical balance, then crushed by the crushing machine, and dry in the drying oven or pot.
After these procedures, material will be in the calorimeter for the heat testing. the test result can be directly displayed on the screen or print out the by inner printer.
